We build the software, and then we run it.
WebXLR8 is the trading brand of YIB Global Technology Services LLP, working out of Kochi since 2021. We started in websites and digital growth, and we still do that work. Along the way we kept meeting businesses whose real problem was not the website. It was that the company itself ran on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, and one person remembering things.
So we started building the systems instead. That is BuildXLR8, and it is now the main thing we do.

Who you deal with
Three founders. No account manager in between.
Founder led. You deal with the people who scope the build and own the delivery, from the first call to go live. There is no sales team to be handed off from, which is both the appeal and the reason we only take on so much at once.

Owns design and the interface. The reason the software looks like something people want to open rather than something they have to.
Worth saying plainly
There are no ROI percentages anywhere on this site.
Not because the work does not pay off, but because we have not measured it in a way a client would put their name to. Every agency site you have read this month had a number on it. Most of those numbers were assembled by a marketer, and you knew that while you were reading them, which is exactly why they did not work.
What we have instead: 2021 to now, around 100 clients, a wall of logos you can go and verify, and three pieces of software we built and still operate. When we have outcomes a client will state on the record, they go up here with a name attached.
How we work

Nothing ships that was not agreed in writing
Acceptance criteria are signed before the build starts, so "done" is never a matter of opinion at the end. This one habit is what stops a custom software project turning into an argument.

You own the code from the first milestone
It lands in your systems as it completes, not at a future handover. If we stopped working together tomorrow you would still have everything you paid for, running.

Right-sized, not maximum-sized
We scope the smallest thing that fixes the actual problem. A bigger build is a bigger invoice for us and a bigger risk for you, and we would rather have the second project than a bloated first one.

We say no out loud
If custom software is not the right answer, or we are not the right people to build it, that comes up on the call rather than in month three. We turn down work that would not have gone well.

Who are you?
WebXLR8, the trading brand of YIB Global Technology Services LLP, building software since 2021 from Kochi, India, for clients across the UAE, US, UK, and Europe. Around 100 clients to date.
Why are there no ROI numbers on this site?
Because we do not have measured ones yet, and the industry norm of inventing them is why buyers discount every number they read. When we have outcomes a client will stand behind on the record, they go up. Until then the proof is the years, the client list, and three products we built and still operate.
Who is this not for?
SaaS startups looking for an MVP or a technical co-founder. Healthcare enterprises. Firms that want a digital transformation strategy deck rather than working software. We will say so on the call rather than take the money and find out later.
How many builds do you take at once?
We keep two Pilot builds in delivery at a time. It is the honest limit of what a senior team can deliver well, and it is the reason the no-deprioritisation guarantee is something we can actually keep.
