Privacy Policy

This covers https://webxlr8.com and the forms on it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically unfalsifiable, so if something here is unclear, ask and we will fix the wording.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. That means your name, your company, your email address, optionally your phone number, and whatever you write in the message or scorecard fields. If you complete the Ops Readiness Scorecard we also store your answers and the resulting score, because that is the thing you asked us to work out.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent in the course of serving the page and blocking abuse. We do not build profiles from it.

What we do with it

• Reply to you.
• Keep a record of the conversation in our CRM, HubSpot, so the next person you speak to is not starting from nothing.
• Send you the monthly email, if and only if you asked for it by subscribing. That runs through Mailchimp.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not in any form.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.

Who else sees it

The processors we use to run the business: HubSpot for CRM, Mailchimp for the newsletter, and Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection. Each holds data under its own terms. Nobody else receives it unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the CRM while there is a live commercial relationship or a reasonable prospect of one. Ask us to delete your record and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@webxlr8.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no verification maze.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on our forms, may set a short-lived token to confirm a submission is not automated. It does not track you across sites.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your data and rely on you not re-reading the page.
